MWL Roster - David Hitz

David Hitz

David Hitz was originally given a shot at the MWL World Lightweight Championship on the inaugural edition of MWL Redline.  He, along with "Slim" Jim Norris, was among the last two in the elimination match.  He lost, however, and went on to back up the #1-contender at the time, Byakko.

After Byakko won the title from, and shortly thereafter lost it to, Jim Norris, David Hitz would focus his attention on the title.  At MWL Domination 2007, he managed to turn the Radical Crash against Norris, and scored the fall to become the champion.  On the following MWL Redline, Hitz was attcked backstage, and accused Jim Norris.

If Norris can prove his innocence, he will placed in a triple threat Hell in a Cell match at MWL Infection 2007, also involving Scott Froelich, for the MWL World Lightweight Championship.
