MWL Redline - March 26, 2008
"We're here tonight, because we want to cover what we've been told will be happening involving us at Fallout on April 6." Jim stated. "Now, word in the back is that I will be facing David Hitz in a number-one contender's match for the MWL World Lightweight Championship at Fallout. What does that mean, you ask?"
"It's simple!" Nick interrupted.
"The winner of that match, which will, of course, be me, will go on to face the winner of the Lightweight title match, either Christopher Martel or Scott Froelich, either at the next pay-per-view or sometime before that. Either way, ladies and gentlemen, you're looking at the future six-time MWL World Lightweight Champion, in this very ring!" Jim announced.
"Alright, Yugo Ryan, it's time I unveil my plans for our rematch which will, by the way, be happening AT Fallout. Since you and your little squad felt the need to attack me backstage to try and take me out, then, well, we're going to have ourselves a hardcore match. But not just any hardcore match, oh, no. A two out of three falls hardcore match, Yugo! So help me, even if you break every bone in my body, I will walk out of Fallout as the MWL World Heavyweight Champion once again!" Nick shouted.
"Well said, Nick, well said." Jim applauded, as Nick nodded silently.
"Yeah, I thought so." Nick laughed.
"Last week, you were all promised a new age of MWL, where we will stand tall above the X. Free Radical will usher in this new era when Nicholas Hunter defeats Yugo Ryan to become a two-time MWL World Heavyweight Champion. We'll make sure that SYN loses the MWL World Tag Team Championship, and when it happens, the X will crumble!" Jim shouted.
"Oh, we will, will we?" Yugo's voice asked, as he, along with the entire rest of the X, appeared on the stage. "Well, I think we would beg to differ. You see, we are the upper tier of the talent here in MWL. In case you haven't noticed, we've held at least one championship at all times since we started our campaign. What you people don't seem to realize is that we can not be stopped." Yugo grinned.
"No matter how hard you boys try, the X will still be around until our job is finished. Only after MWL has been demolished, and a new promotion built on its ruins, will the X step back." Melissa Rez added.
"You're looking at the biggest names in MWL today, kids. So before you go running your mouths off, you'd best be ready to back up your claims. Go." Yugo stated, dropping the microphone, while Scott Froelich, Viper, Alex DuVry, Lino, and Catastrophe, with the MWL World Tag Team Championship belts around their waists, stormed the ring. Yugo looked on with a grin as the members of the X hammered away on Nicholas Hunter and Jim Norris. After a moment, Seiryu and Kouryuu rushed out from backstage, striking Yugo in the back of the head and knocking him to the ground as they hurried to the ring to aid Free Radical. Seiryu and Kouryuu slid into the ring, while Lino and Catastrophe hurled Free Radical from the ring. Seiryu and Kouryuu were quickly dealt with and tossed outside the ring as Shane Warner and Chad Vritska rushed the ring to aid them.
Shane and Chad fought wildly, eventually tossing Lino, Catastrophe, Viper, and Scott Froelich from the ring, as Yugo began to push himself to his feet, still on the stage. As Shane Warner looked toward Yugo, who was beginning to make his way to the ring, looking furious, Alex DuVry speared Chad Vritska, knocking them both out of the ring. Yugo entered the ring and began hammering away on Shane Warner as Michael Jamborgh appeared on the stage.
"Hold on, hold on, hold on! Security, get out here, right now!" Michael shouted, as security flooded the ring, pulling Yugo and Shane apart. "You guys want to go at it? Fine, tonight, in the main event, Shane Warner versus Yugo Ryan! There, now clean up out here, we've got a show to start!"
Match 1: David Hitz v. Byakko
"Ow, ow, ow..." Shane whined, as Michael stared down at him, laying on the couch in his office. "Oh, man, a match against the MWL World Heavyweight Champion! If I beat him, will I get a title shot?"
"Maybe." Michael answered.
"Alright, fair enough..." Shane muttered.
"What the hell were you thinking by rushing out there, anyway?" Michael demanded.
"Uh, well, the X was kicking the crap out of Free Radical and Seiryu & Kouryuu. I couldn't just let them make us look bad, y'know." Shane answered.
"True, but still..." Michael muttered.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Stevan Corber here, with Anthony Jacobs and Kairez. Guys, tonight, you face the Norton Brothers, and that will take place in just a few moments. What are your thoughts?" Stevan asked.
"Our thoughts?" AJ demanded, as Kairez wandered around in the background. "Stevan, yes, we've had a rough start as a tag team, but tonight, we will slaughter the Norton Brothers! It's just a matter of time until we get a shot at the MWL World Tag Team Championship, and when we get that shot, it'll only be a few minutes until we WIN the MWL World Tag Team Championship."
"Well said, AJ. Now, let's go out there, kick some ass, then go celebrate!" Kairez announced, as the two walked off.
"Anthony Jacobs & Kairez versus the Norton Brothers in tag team action is NEXT!" Stevan announced.
Match 2: Anthony Jacobs & Kairez v. the Norton Brothers
"The moment of truth, Yugo..." Lino stated, his MWL World Tag Team Championship belt slung over his shoulder.
"You make it sounds like that dancing moron will actually be a challenge..." Yugo answered.
"Haha, right, nobody can beat the man with the Superiority Complex." Lino laughed.
"It's finished off probably more people than any other finisher in this promotion." Yugo stated.
"Well, it hurts like hell, y'know. Oh, wait, that's right, you've never been on the ass-end of it, before." Lino stated.
"Really, now, who could turn my own move against me, eh?" Yugo asked.
"I think...you'd be amazed..." Lino answered.
"If you could find one, yeah, I probably would be." Yugo nodded, as he stood. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got an ass to kick."

As Shane Warner made his way through the backstage area toward the arena, he talked for a few moments with Chad Vritska, much of the conversation inaudible to all but them. "Right, well, good luck, Shane!" Chad shouted, as Shane Warner began to make his way out to the ring.
Main Event: Shane Warner v. Yugo Ryan
Yugo leaned over and grabbed Shane Warner by the hair, and began to hammer away furiously, eventually busting Shane's head open. Yugo stood and kicked Shane in the ribs, walking to the corner and grabbing the MWL World Heavyweight Championship belt. He looked at the belt, then to Shane, who was in the process of pushing himself to his feet. Yugo rushed toward Shane and cracked him in the face with the title belt. Yugo stood and admired his work before stepping out of the ring and heading backstage.
