MWL Redline - March 12, 2008
"Y'know, Stevan, yeah, Shane and I teamed up. We are the in-ring representatives of MWL Management. But we're not exempt from the rules and regulations, by any means. Either way, Stevan, you, and everyone else will find out the match that I'll choose when I feel like it's time you knew. Could be tonight, or the Redline before Fallout. But mark my words, you'll know." Chad answered.
"Well, could you tell us who ordered the triple threat number-one contender's match for the MWL World Lightweight Championship that will take place tonight?" Stevan asked.
"I could, but I won't." Chad laughed. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go see Michael and Shane." With that, Chad made his exit.

"Lino, Catastrophe! You boys will go down in history for actually beating the Ssu-Ling at Fallen Rites! That was amazing!" Yugo shouted. "Heh, the X's lead tag team, SYN, the first men to defeat the Ssu-Ling by pinfall... That's a hell of a statement."
"Oh, look at you. The three-time, reigning, MWL World Heavyweight Champion." Lino laughed, slinging his MWL World Tag Team Championship belt over his shoulder. "Doesn't this seem a tad bit familiar, Yugo? You as the top dog in this promotion, and SYN as the top tag team?"
"Yes, this is how it should be. Now, if only we could've walked out with the Lightweight and MWL-CAW Championships at Fallen Rites, all we'd be missing is the North American Championship." Yugo stated.
"Oh, man, we'll need a miracle to get that belt back..." Lino muttered.
"Anyway guys, tonight you're squaring off with the Asian Persuasion." Melissa interrupted. "After taking down the Ssu-Ling, those two should be no problem. Scott!"
"Yeah?" Scott Froelich asked, looking up.
"Tonight you're in a triple threat match with David Hitz and Jim Norris to determine the number-one contender to the MWL World Lightweight Championship at Fallout." Melissa stated. "You've got an opportunity to get back into the picture after that screw up on Sunday. I suggest you don't disappoint us."
"R-right..." Scott muttered.
"Now, Lino, I believe we're up?" Catastrophe grinned.
"That we are." Lino answered, standing up. "We'll be back in a few minutes. Don't do anything we wouldn't do." With that, both members of SYN made their exit, followed shortly by Scott Froelich.
Match 1: The Asian Persuasion v. SYN
"Hello, ladies and gentlemen, Stevan Corber here, with the reigning MWL World Lightweight Champion, Christopher Martel, and his older brother and tag team partner, Allan Martel." Stevan announced. "Chris, first of all, let me just say congratulations on your successful defense of the Lightweight Championship in that tag team match at Fallen Rites. You managed to go through Jim Norris, Scott Froelich, and newcomer Alex DuVry to retain the gold. And now tonight, a number-one contender to your title for Fallout will be determined by a triple threat match pitting David Hitz, Scott Froelich, and Jim Norris against each other."
"And what a match it'll be, Stevan! But come Fallout, I will be the one left standing with the belt STILL around my waist. No matter if my challenger is David, Jimmy, or Scott, none of them has what it takes to take my belt away from me!" Christopher shouted.
"Alright, Allan, at Conquest back in February, you lost in Last Man Standing 2 to 'the Hazard' Anthony Jacobs. Due to the injuries you sustained in the match, you were out of action for almost a month. But you returned at Fallen Rites, and competed in the Fallen Rites Royal Rumble, but unfortunately, you were eliminated." Stevan stated.
"Yeah, I'm...I'm well aware of the fact that I didn't win it. Hell, I wasn't even close. But that's not really the point now, is it? Tonight, I'm squaring off with Magnum, and, well, it won't end well for him, I can guarantee that. Magnum, be ready. Because I'm coming after ya!" Allan announced. "And do you know why?!"
Stevan and Christopher both rolled their eyes and heaved a sigh. "Why?"
"Because I was BORN for HARDCORE!" Allan shouted, storming off, while Christopher remained behind, shaking his head.
Match 2: Allan Martel v. Magnum
"HOLY CRAP! Michael, look at this!" Shane shouted.
"What?" Michael asked, turning in his swivel chair to face Shane Warner.
"Allan Martel's in the top five of the Heavyweight rankings!" Shane answered.
"Are you serious?" Michael demanded, looking at his copy of the rankings.
"Yeah, he's right behind Genbu." Shane stated, pointing at the sheet.
"Oh, wow..." Michael muttered.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Stevan Corber here, with the former MWL World Heavyweight Champion, and one of the competitors in tonight's main event, please welcome, at this time, Nicholas Hunter and Jim Norris, Free Radical!" Stevan announced. "Nick, Sunday, at Fallen Rites, you lost your MWL World Heavyweight Championship back to Yugo Ryan--"
"Stevan, quit talking. The simple fact of the matter is, I was screwed. One week ago, I was beaten down by the X. I thought I could still manage to defend the title, but I couldn't. So, I've been given my rematch by Michael Jamborgh, and I'll be picking the stipulations." Nick laughed.
"And what do you have in mind?" Stevan asked.
"I don't want to spoil it. Hell, I'm not even going to give away a time frame, yet. Keep Yugo on his toes, y'know. But suffice it to say, I'll have my revenge for that little assault, champ." Nick grinned.
"Jim, in just a few moments, you'll be competing in a number-one contender's match for the MWL World Lightweight Championship against David Hitz and Scott Froelich. What are your thoughts?" Stevan asked.
"Think about it, Stevan. Nobody's held that title more times than I have. Would it really be fitting for anybody BUT me to win this match? I think not." Jim stated. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got some asses to kick." And with that, Jim Norris made his exit.
Main Event: Lightweight Contendership - David Hitz v. Scott Froelich v. Jim Norris
"Well, it looks like he pulled it off, after all." Yugo laughed, looking to Melissa.
"It's amazing what people can do when you light a fire under their ass, isn't it?" Melissa grinned.
"Especially when you're the one lighting the fire..." Yugo muttered.
