MWL Extinction - October 21, 2007
"Stevan, I'm gonna say this once, 'cause I don't feel I have to run 'round repeatin' mahself, like some o' those other boys on the roster. Now, I been watchin' real close lately, and I've gotta say, right here, right now, that former Lightweight Champion, David Hitz, is a HACK!"
"Well, now, I think after that, we need to see if Spike can put his money where his mouth is, eh?"
Nicholas Hunter vs. Kouryuu
"I want my chance to shine against the former tag champs! You get me a match against any of the Ssu-Ling for Extinction!"
"Is Genbu alright? No, no, he's already got a match if he wins his defense tonight. I'm thinking...why not the leader? Kouryuu?"
The Asian Persuasion vs. Instant Epic Win
As Allan and Christopher celebrated their victory, Tiananman struck Allan in the back of the head with a steel chair, as Kentan grabbed Christopher's ankle, pulling him to the floor. Tiananman stumbled to the ring, still exhausted, removed a table from underneath, and slid it into the ring. He went back to searching under the ring, finding another table and sliding it in, as well.
Tiananman made his way over to Allan Martel, and slid him back into the ring, as Kentan slid Christopher in. Tiananman grabbed one of the tables and propped it up in the corner, and slumped Allan against it, walking over to the far corner. Tiananman crouched for a moment, before charging forward, and performing a Cannonball on Allan Martel, forcing him through the table.
Kentan lifted up the remaining table and set it up, turning around and climbing to the top rope as Tiananman set Christopher on top of the table. Kentan braced himself before leaping onto Christopher Martel, driving him through the table. Kentan rolled away from the wreckage, holding his stomach, and forcing himself to his feet. The Asian Persuasion then stood, victorious, over their opponents.
MWL-CAW Championship: Genbu vs. Kairez
As Catastrophe stood on the ramp, holding the MWL-CAW Championship, the lights went black as Genbu appeared on the stage with Suzaku, both making their way down the ramp toward the challenger. Suzaku said something to Catastrophe, and he dropped the belt onto the ramp. Suzaku bent over to pick the belt up, as Catastrophe and Genbu kept their eyes locked on each other.
Catastrophe then, without warning, hammered Genbu in the face and within a moment, had Genbu on his shoulders. He then spun Genbu and dropped him, on his face, onto the ramp, with the Tilt-A-Whirl Knockout. Genbu forced himself to his feet and went after Catastrophe, as the two brawled to the backstage area.
As Genbu celebrated yet another successful defense in the ring, Catastrophe forced himself to his feet, and slid out of the ring, grabbing a chair, and climbing back in. He struck Genbu with the chair from behind, and tossed the chair aside.
"How do you like me now, huh?!" Catastrophe shouted. He picked Genbu up by the head and started to lift him up for a Tilt-A-Whirl Knockout. Genbu struck Catastrophe in the gut, however, and lifted him up, and slamming him down with a DDtS onto the chair. As Catastrophe's back bowed up, Genbu stood, picked up his MWL-CAW Championship, and held it high overhead.
"Now, then, after that, the winner of tonight's MWL-CAW Championship bout will face the runner-up for the #1-contendership from last week, Kairez."
Yugo Ryan, Lino, & ????? vs. Magnum, Chance, & Panzer
"Magnum, Chance, this was only a taste of things to come. You'd better keep Panzer on the ready, 'cause in the next few weeks, we'll be bringing in a third man."
As Catastrophe slid out of the ring to recover at ringside, the notorious music of Yugo and Lino began, as the duo, with Melissa, charged the ring. Yugo and Lino slid in, striking Magnum and laying him out. Yugo ordered Melissa to bring in a chair for both of them, which she quickly did. Yugo flashed the Rock Fist before hoisting Magnum up and throwing him down with the Superiority Complex, as Lino set up a chair at the base of a ringpost.
Yugo picked Magnum up by the hair as Lino sat on the top rope, and tossed him to his tag partner. Lino draped Magnum's arm over his neck before hoisting him up by one leg. "Spike him!" Yugo shouted, as Lino nodded and dropped from the top turnbuckle in a Spike Suplex, onto the chair. As Yugo posed in victory, Chance and Panzer rushed the ring, as Yugo and Lino met them head-on.
Lino threw Panzer over the top rope and went after him, as Yugo struck Chance in the face with a chair. Yugo hoisted Chance up and threw him out of the ring, to the floor, with a Superiority Complex as Lino slid Panzer back into the ring. As Panzer tried to force himself to his feet, Yugo and Lino stood on either side of him, both with a chair in hand. Yugo made a gesture for Lino to get ready, and as Panzer stood, both men swung their chairs, sandwiching Panzer's head between them. Lino then hoisted Panzer up and tossed him out of the ring, as the two men stood victorious, Melissa standing between them, holding all three of their belts.
"Alright, now, Lino, you understand the stipulation of your match with Chance tonight, right? Pinfall, submission, or escape. You lose, you have to reveal the identity of your third--"
As the cage began to raise, with Lino standing victorious over Chance, Yugo Ryan and Melissa Rez rushed the ring, both with steel chairs in hand, and a title belt around their waist. Yugo demanded that the cage be lowered, and as it began to descend, Magnum rushed the ring to help Chance. As he slid into the ring, Yugo, Lino, and Melissa fled, taking their belts and chairs with them, as Magnum stood at the ready to defend his tag partner if need be. The three of them began back up the ramp, as Yugo turned to face the ring again.
"At Extinction, Magnum, be ready! The games stop then!" Yugo shouted, as Magnum taunted the MWL World Heavyweight Champion from inside the ring.
"Security!" Michael Jamborgh shouted, as Magnum brawled with Yugo, and Chance brawled with Lino. "SECURITY!" Michael repeated. Yugo threw Magnum, head-first, into the brick wall as Lino hoisted Chance up and dropped him with the Spike Suplex onto the concrete floor, as security finally made their way in and broke up the fight.
MWL World Lightweight Championship: Jim Norris vs. Scott Froelich
"I'll get you, David! Mark my words! I'll get you!" Jim shouted, throwing the microphone into the audience.
"David, what the hell happened to you?" Michael demanded, trying to help up the Lightweight Champion, laid out amidst camera cables and various debris.
"I...I got hit from behind..." David groaned.
"Jim Norris, do you think you're tough, just because you attacked David Hitz from behind? Huh?" Michael demanded, as Jim looked back in confusion. "Yeah, I know it was you. At Domination you made your intentions to attack the man pretty clear."
"What are you talking about?!" Jim shouted.
"Jim, for attacking that man, next week, here on Redline, in that ring, it'll be you, one on one, with Genbu!" Michael announced. "And your lackey down there, is banned from the arena!"

"You have until the contract signing next week to prove you're innocent. If you can, I'll put you in the match. But if not..." Michael began, implying the obvious.
"Alright, guys, all you have to do is sign the contract. David, you sign here." Michael began, pointing to one section of the page. "And Scott, you sign here." Michael continued, pointing to another section. David quickly scribbled his signature, followed by Scott. Scott then asked for the microphone from Michael.
"By the way, David. It was me that attacked you. Not Jim." Scott grinned, as Jim Norris' music blared. Jim Norris and Nicholas Hunter then came charging down to the ring, chasing Scott out of the ring.
"Scott, for causing this whole mess, I'm adding Jim Norris to the Hell in a Cell match at Infection!" Michael announced.
As Scott Froelich stumbled up the ramp, holding the MWL World Lightweight Championship, he turned to face Jim Norris and David Hitz. Hitz was laid out, and Norris was pulling himself to his feet. Jim looked back out toward Scott, then made a gesture around his waist, symbolizing the title. "It'll be mine again, Scott!" Norris shouted.
As the cage lifted up away from the ring, Jim Norris stood on the middle turnbuckle, holding the Lightweight Championship in one hand, and taking a microphone in the other. "This is my championship!" Jim shouted. "This title belt is my destiny, and nobody can change it! Yeah, not even you, Vritska. Now, it'll be just a matter of time before Free Radical wears the tag team gold!"
"Alright, Scott Froelich, the games are over, now! At Extinction, you and me, one on one, the way it should have been from the beginning! For the MWL World Lightweight Championship here, you and me, Scott, one on one, in a First Blood match! You bleed, you lose."
"Hello, everyone, Danny Tieso here with my PPV broadcast partner, Chad Vritska." Danny stated.
"Thank you, Danny. Our first bout tonight was set just a few days ago by MWL founder Michael Jamborgh, after Spike Norton referred to former MWL World Lightweight Champion David Hitz as a 'hack.' So, Michael Jamborgh has given Spike the opportunity to put his money where his mouth is, in a match tonight against the former champion." Chad explained.
"Alright, so let's go to the arena now for the opening bout, tonight." Danny announced.
Match 1: Spike Norton v. David Hitz
As Spike stood over his fallen opponent, celebrating, Red Norton joined him, coming down the ramp. Spike began to lift David up, and picked him up, getting ready for a Norton Brainbuster. As Spike prepared to drop him, Byakko charged down the ramp and slid into the ring, just as Spike dropped him and fled, with Red Norton leaving with him.

"Well, it looks like there's a match brewing for Redline on Wednesday." Danny stated.
"Do it, Jamborgh! Hitz and Byakko versus the Norton Brothers!" Chad announced.
"Okay, moving on. Our second bout tonight stems back a ways, when Free Radical deemed themselves top contenders to the MWL World Tag Team Championship, and have since tried to prove their worth time and again." Danny explained.
"That's right, and on Redline, Nicholas Hunter demanded he be given a chance to shine against one of the #1 contenders. And so, his match tonight with Kouryuu was arranged." Chad continued.
"I swear. That ego of his is going to get him into major trouble, some day." Danny sighed.
"Like it hasn't already?" Chad answered.
"Anyway, let's head to the arena for the next bout, here at MWL Extinction!" Danny announced.
Match 2: Nicholas Hunter v. Kouryuu
Nicholas grabbed a microphone after the match and stood over Kouryuu, still laid out. "Oh, yeah!" Nicholas shouted. "One half of the #1 contenders has fallen! It's just a matter of time now, until Free Radical gets their chance to take the MWL World Tag Team Championship." Nicholas growled, throwing the microphone down, and sliding out of the ring.

"Our next bout tonight features the newest tag team in the MWL, the Asian Persuasion, taking on a legendary tag team, Instant Epic Win." Danny stated.
"This rivalry started about two weeks ago, when the Asian Persuasion lost to Instant Epic Win by countout. Immediately afterwards, the Persuasion assaulted Instant Epic Win, drilling them both through tables, and leaving them in the ring." Chad announced.
"Michael Jamborgh then set up a chance for Instant Epic Win to exact revenge in an elimintaion table tornado tag team match." Danny continued. "Now, I'm being told, that Stevan Corber is standing by backstage with the Asian Persuasion. Stevan?"

"Thank you, Danny! Stevan Corber here, with the Asian Persuasion. Guys, why did you assault Instant Epic Win the way you did?" Stevan asked, as their translator repeated the question in Chiense. Tiananman began to chatter away in Chinese, and so did Kentan, the two of them making little more than a steady, irritating, noise. Through all of it, the translator was listening intently. Finally, the two fell quiet.
"Well, they said that they did it because they want a chance to prove that they deserve a shot at the MWL World Tag Team Championship." The translator stated.
"Really?" Stevan asked.
"Yeah." The translator answered. "Anyway, they've got their match now, so they've got to go." With that, Tiananman and Kentan made their exit.
"The Asian Persuasion challenges Instant Epic Win, next!" Stevan announced.
Match 3: Elimination Tornado Tag Team Tables Match: The Asian Persuasion v. Instant Epic Win
"And the Asian Persuasion pulls the upset win over Instant Epic Win!" Danny announced. "A fantastic match, hard-fought, and exciting to the end!"
"It'll be hard to top that, but here we go. In our next match, the MWL-CAW Championship is on the line in a one-on-one match featuring the champion, Genbu, and his challenger, Kairez." Chad stated.
"A few weeks ago, Michael Jamborgh selected six men he felt deserved a chance to contend for the MWL-CAW Championship. In the first week, Catastrophe defeated Kouryuu and Allan Martel in a triple threat match. The following week, Kairez defeated Red Norton and Nicholas Hunter in another triple threat match." Danny explained.
"These were both contendership qualifiers. The winners would move on to a ladder match the following week to determine the #1 contender. The winner would choose to challenge for the title either the following week, or tonight, in a match of their choosing. Catastrophe won the match, and never chose a match type, so Jamborgh assigned standard rules." Chad continued.
"When Catastrophe lost, it was announced that Kairez would face Genbu tonight, for the MWL-CAW Championship. That is our fourth match of the evening." Danny stated.
"That's right, folks. Tonight, the former MWL World Heavyweight Champion Kairez challenges the undefeated MWL-CAW Champion Genbu, for the title." Chad announced.
"Ladies and gentlemen, let's head to the arena for what may very well be a monumental match in MWL history!" Danny shouted.
Match 4: MWL-CAW Championship: (C) Genbu v. Kairez
"That may be the closest match I've ever seen Genbu in!" Danny announced.
"It was definitely close." Chad stated. "Now, our next match tonight features Yugo Ryan and Lino, with their third man, challenging Magnum, Chance, and Panzer in a six-man tag match."
"This goes back so far, it's not even funny. Yugo Ryan and Magnum have always had problems, ever since Magnum beat Yugo for the Underground Championship, and when Magnum and Chance won the MWL World Tag Team Championship, Yugo Ryan teamed up with Lino to take those titles." Danny explained.
"Then, last month, after they won the MWL World Tag Team Championship from Magnum and Chance, they issued tonight's challenge: to bring Panzer, and face them, with their third man." Chad stated.
"Even now, we have no idea who the third man is. But I'm told that Stevan Corber is backstage with Yugo Ryan, Lino, and Melissa Rez. Over to you, Stevan." Danny stated.

"Thank you, Danny. Stevan Corber, here, with the reigning MWL World Tag Team Champions, Yugo Ryan and Lino. Guys, where is your third man?" Stevan asked.
"Just settle down, Stevan!" Lino shouted.
"All in due time, little man." Yugo grinned. "The road to our conquest has begun, and our third man will soon join us. Come on, Lino. It's show time." With that, Yugo made his exit, with Lino following quickly behind, as Melissa stayed behind.
"Ask, and you shall receive, Stevan!" Melissa stated, with a smirk.
Match 5: 6-Man Tag: Yugo Ryan, Lino, & ????? v. Magnum, Chance, & Panzer
After the match, Melissa Rez made her way down to the ring. "Introducing, our third man, the one and only, Catastrophe!" She shouted, over her microphone, entering the ring.
"Everyone, take a good look." Yugo Ryan shouted, slinging the MWL World Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder, his MWL World Tag Team Championship belt in his hand. "And now, I give to you, the new MWL World Tag Team Champions, SYN!" Yugo announced, handing the belt to Catastrophe, as he raised it high overhead. "Now, make sure you get a good, long look, at us, everybody! This, people, is the face of The X!"
"We are unstoppable, and not a single person back there in the locker rooms can tell us otherwise!" Lino announced.
"Seiryu, Kouryuu, at Uprising, you face SYN!" Catastrophe snapped, throwing his microphone down as The X made their way up the entrance ramp, leaving Magnum, Chance, and Panzer in shambles at ringside.

"And it seems that the third world champion they promised is the result of Yugo Ryan giving his half of the MWL World Tag Team Championship to Catastrophe." Chad muttered.
"Well, folks, here we go, into the final match for tonight, and the second of our feature bouts." Danny explained. "After Scott Froelich framed Jim Norris for the backstage assault of David Hitz last month, Jim Norris' first act after regaining the MWL World Lightweight Championship at Infection was to challenge Scott Froelich to a First Blood match tonight, for the title."
"And now, let us head to the arena for our final match-up here at MWL Extinction 2007!" Chad shouted.
Main Event: MWL World Lightweight Championship - First Blood: (C) Jim Norris v. Scott Froelich
As Scott stood, the MWL World Lightweight Championship in hand, he wiped the sweat away from his face. He smirked, and stepped out of the ring, and began to make his way toward the backstage area as Jim Norris began to pull himself to his feet, his face covered in blood. He then demanded a microphone.
"Scott!" Jim shouted, short of breath. "You and me...one more time...TLC...at Uprising!" Jim shouted, before collapsing onto the mat.
"You're on." Scott replied, grinning.
